  Booking Rules

• Appointments are required for all services: General Notary, Loan Signing, Notary Consultation, and Apostille Services.
   

• A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee applies toward your balance.
   

• Please have all documents completed (but not signed) and valid ID(s) ready before your appointment.
   

 Cancellations

• General Notary & Consultations: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your booking fee.
   

• Loan Signings & Apostille Services: Require 24-hour cancellation notice.
   

• No-Shows: Full service fee will be charged.
   

🔄 Rescheduling

• One complimentary reschedule if notice is given within the cancellation window.
   

• Late reschedules may require a new booking fee.
   

• Multiple reschedules are subject to availability & may incur extra fees.
   

 Late Arrivals

• 15-minute grace period allowed. After that, appointment may be marked as a no-show and rescheduling will be required.
   

 Apostille Processing

• Processing times vary by state and document type.
   

• Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
   

 Payment Policy

• Payment due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
   

• Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit, etc..
